Paula Erickson is Senior Vice President of Licensing of Sony Music Entertainment, and the head of Sony Music’s SyncShop. The SyncShop team is responsible for creative direction and administration of over 2 million recordings for use in film, television, commercials, games and apps. Sony Music labels included Columbia, Epic, RCA, Masterworks, Sony Music Latin and Sony Music Nashville. She has spent the last two decades at Sony working with iconic artist catalogs including Elvis Presley, Miles Davis, Michael Jackson and Jimi Hendrix and present day stars from Pharrell Williams to Hozier.
Adam Owett is the founder and President of Arcade Creative Group. Formerly the Global Creative Director on several M&M Mars brands for Grey Worldwide, he has extensive experience across a wide variety of categories: food, fashion, beverage, kids, entertainment, fragrance, consumer products and, of course, music. Adam joined Sony Music Entertainment as Senior Vice President of Creative Services in 1999, and under his leadership, Sony’s Creative Group emerged as the music industry’s leader in cutting-edge seamlessly integrated messaging and culturally attuned creative. Since 2007, he’s been the President of Arcade Creative Group, successfully bringing Sony Music’s world-class talent to the world’s greatest brands.
Frances Wong is the Vice President of The Thread Shop focusing on the product where Mr. Burnett concentrates on strategy. Handling the concepts, creative, designs, development and bulk production behind all Thread Shop products, Frances brings her veteran design and merchandising experience to brands.
Previously, as Vice President of Design and Merchandising at Bravado/Universal Music Group she worked closely with both Men’s and Women’s collections and has the expert ability to focus on building categories and margins as well as the salability of the lines.
Prior to joining Bravado/Universal Music Group, Frances held executive positions at RVC, Paper Denim & Cloth, French Connection, Calvin Klein and Bloomingdales, also serving 8 years at Rocawear, whose revenue grew 400% in Menswear alone under her leadership.
